Attachment Training Camps In NCC _____

NCC cadets are given an opportunity to live and work in regular service units in the form of Attachment Training. Allocation of 20,000 vacancies for attachment to various Army Command Head Quarters is done by the Army Head Quarters. The attachment training is for approx 15 days. This includes 560 SW cdts attached with various centres/Depots where lady offrs are posted. In addition 1000 Senior Wing Girl cadets are attached with various Military Hospitals every year.
 
  • IMA Attachment. Every year 120 SD cadets are given attachment training with IMA, Dehradun
  • OTA Attachment. 48 girl cadets are given attachment training with OTA, Chennai.
  • Navy Attachment. 550 Senior cadets (Girls and Boys) are attached to various Naval ships and establishments every year. In addition 25 Naval Wing Indian cadets are given attachment training at Naval Academy, INS Mandovi.
  • Air Force Attachment. 200 SD cadets and 20 ANOs are attached to various Air Force stations and establishments every year. In addition 50 cadets (38 SD & 12 SW) are given att trg at AFA Dundigal, twice a year for a duration of two weeks, during Jun/Jul and Oct.
